No refund will be entertained for image different claims. Exact product delivered to recipient as description on the website.
Eligible
- 100% Refund will be provided if order is cancelled by Flowerzila in case of no Delivery area or Item not available. Refund to credit in your account between 7 to 10 working days.
- If there is any complain regarding the quality of the delivered product, Flowerzila inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced by flowerzila. The refund will be process through NEFT within 7 or 10 working days.
- If you received a physically damaged product
- Order Product is different from description on the website.
- 100% Refund will be provided if order is cancelled before delivery date. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made 24 hrs to the date of delivery.Order cancellation request should be sent to support@flowerzila.com.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
Not Eligible
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
- Purchase declined by Recipient cannot be Refunded.
- Orders once processed cannot be cancelled and purchases cannot be refunded.
- Orders once delivered cannot be refunded
- Same Day Delivery orders is not possible to cancel.
- Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
- In case of order Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.
- We are unable to entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake, Chocolate etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
